CHAP vacuum rubber vulcanizing machine is suitable for producing difficult-to-mold rubber products (like those with complex ) as well as rubber products that are easy to produce bubble.

• The C-XLB-D800×950 vertical rubber vulcanizing machine is equipped with a fully enclosed security screen and infrared light curtain protection device, giving the equipment a higher level of safety during operation.
• This vulcanization machine's heating plate is heated using an electric heating pipe and uses PID closed-loop control to strictly monitor the heating plate temperature uniformity.
• This machine's opening and clamping stroke is precisely measured and controlled with the use of an inductive proximity switch. The stroke can be adjusted to multiple different speed settings.
• This vulcanization machine is designed with a high negative pressure vacuum cover to make molds in a nearly vacuum environment, therefore improving its mold exhaust performance and product quality.
• Because of vacuum cover, the degree of vacuum can quickly reach above -700mmHG, which is most suitable for difficult to form, high precision products.
• The vacuum storage tank features a base type design with a large storage space.
