• This vacuum rubber vulcanizing machine has two operation modes: manual and semi-automatic.
• This machine features a large touch screen for the display of process parameters. The screen's interface is intuitive and easy to operate, and customers can choose an Omaron or Siemens PLC system.
• Equipped with a fully enclosed safety screen and an infrared light curtain protection device, the operation safety is greatly enhanced.
• This machine's heating plate is heated using an electric heating pipe, and uses a PID closed loop control to monitor the temperature uniformity.
• This machine's opening and clamping stroke is precisely measured and controlled with the use of an inductive proximity switch. The stroke can be adjusted to multiple different speed settings.
• The vacuum storage tank uses a base type design, thus giving the equipment more storage space.
• This molding machine uses an electric hydraulic proportional hydraulic system with double power, double oil pumps and a double motor in order to achieve independent operation.
