CHAP vacuum vulcanizing press for rubber is suitable for producing difficult-to-mold rubber products (like those with complex ) as well as rubber products that are easy to produce bubble.
- The C-XLB-D800×950 vertical rubber vulcanizing machine is equipped with a fully enclosed security screen and infrared light curtain protection device, giving the equipment a higher level of safety during operation.
- This vulcanization machine's heating plate is heated using an electric heating pipe and uses PID closed-loop control to strictly monitor the heating plate temperature uniformity.
- This machine's opening and clamping stroke is precisely measured and controlled with the use of an inductive proximity switch. The stroke can be adjusted to multiple different speed settings.
- This vulcanization machine is designed with a high negative pressure vacuum cover to make molds in a nearly vacuum environment, therefore improving its mold exhaust performance and product quality.

The vacuum vulcanizing press, also known as a vacuum compression molding machine, integrates vacuum evacuation, heating, pressurization, and vulcanization within a single molding cycle.
During the molding process, pre-weighed or pre-formed material is placed into the mold and then the mold is closed and compressed under uniform pressure while the vacuum system removes trapped air, with heat and pressure applied to complete molding.
Vertical frame, 4,000 kN clamping and pressurizing system, 800×950mm heated platen, vacuum hood and vacuum system, hydraulic system, electrical control system and safety guarding.
The platen uses electric heating with curing temperature controlled by PID Closed-Loop system. The vacuum hood and vacuum system extract trapped air inside the mold to create a low-pressure environment for mold degassing.
Safety enclosure and safety light curtain are included.
During mold closing, heating and vulcanizing, trapped air inside the mold and gases generated during heating will increase the chance of bubbles, voids, inadequate filling and surface defects, especially for complex cavities, thick-walled parts, and geometries prone to air entrapment.
The vacuum compression molding machine automatically creates a low-pressure environment surrounding the mold to help removal of trapped air.
According to the existing product data, vacuum level can reach approximately -700 mmHg. The vacuum inside the mold reduces the risk of bubbles, voids, inadequate filling and surface defects, thereby increasing product repeatability for complex parts and multi-cavity production.
The actual vacuum evacuation performance still depends on mold venting design, material properties and processes.
