For rubber parts with complex geometries, metal inserts, thick walls, large cross-sections, difficult venting, or a tendency to trap air, we can configure corresponding injection molding, transfer molding, vacuum vulcanizing, and compression molding equipment based on the process requirements to reduce flash, production scrap, thereby reducing material waster and improving molding quality and batch production consistency.

Apart from standard models, we provide customizations and project-specific configurations of clamping force, platen size, injection capacity, voltage, PLC control system, operating sequence, and auxiliary devices according to customer requirements of product dimensions, material properties, mold design, pressure and temperature, production capacity and level of automation.
